RISE is an immersive men's retreat in Virginia for men of every belief background. The work centers on courage, responsibility, honest conversation, physical challenge, leadership, and brotherhood—not religious doctrine.

Many men's retreats are organized around a church, ministry, spiritual tradition, or shared doctrine. Those experiences can be meaningful for the men who want them. RISE serves a different purpose.
Faith is respected, but it is never imposed. RISE asks men to examine how they are living, speak honestly, take responsibility, and work beside one another even when their beliefs are different.

Is RISE anti-religious?+
No. RISE welcomes men of faith, men who consider themselves spiritual, men who are uncertain, and men who are not religious. The program respects each man's beliefs without promoting a shared doctrine.
Will I be asked to pray, worship, or share my beliefs?+
No. There are no required worship services, sermons, religious teachings, or belief statements. You may speak honestly about faith if it matters in your life, but you will never be required to adopt or defend a spiritual position.
Where is the RISE live event held?+
The RISE live event is held at a private, off-grid location in Virginia. Accepted participants receive the specific location and travel information for their cohort.
